This is to notify you that from 1st June 2024 onwards leave rules are changing as follows:


1. Leave half-day or full day must be added before at least 21 hours for normal deductions. E.g. Leave for 31st May 2024 has to be added before 1pm on 30th May 2024 if your shift starts at 10am.

2. Normal deductions will be applied for one emergency leave per month, after that 1.5 times deduction will be applied.

3. Any leave added within 21 hours from leave day will be at 1.5 times deduction for general, sick, emergency leave. E.g. Leave for 31st May 2024 added after 1pm on 30th May 2024 will have 1.5 times deduction if your shift starts at 10am.

Also, any member not performing their duties as per deadline will be penalized Rs. 200/- per task from all departments.
